We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced yoga classes for your mind, body and spirit. Schedule may change with the seasons.
Early morning practice creates numerous positive effects by energizing, aligning, and opening up the body. An early class supports the endocrine system as well as the digestive system. It also helps to return us to our biological clocks while boosting metabolism and enlivening the body through intentional breath work and increased blood circulation. This class is suitable for all as it is gentle yet awakening.
Early Bird Class

Gentle Beginners Class is a mindful and slow moving class aimed to open energy flow and promote muscle relaxation in the body. We focus on basic yoga postures to create body awareness and an understanding of yoga. New students are safely guided into asana and through transitions while learning the grace of flow.
Gentle Beginners Class
T/TH, 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
An up level from our beginner yoga and all levels flow class. We start with an alignment focused flow, following with a dynamic sequence and more advanced postures, and finishing with a series called LOGS where we build deep muscle strength. We move strongly and gracefully like water while being deeper rooted into the anatomy and philosophy of yoga. Our students leave feeling the burn as well as physically stronger.
Slow Burn Vinyasa
Wednesday 9:30 am - 10:30 am
Our meditation class involves focusing on breathing techniques, light movements and meditative guidance in our sacred and calming space in which to escape the external world and find deep relaxation. All levels welcome.
Monday, 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
The All Levels Flow class is welcoming, strengthening, and educational. This is a vinyasa class for everyone regardless of level. You will learn elements of vinyasa yoga but also be challenged.
